Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
